Cancellation Policy
- If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total
- If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the booking total
- If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the booking total
Conditions
- Cardholder, ID/Passport is required at check-in.
- The credit card used for the online deposit must be present at check-in.
- Use of swimming pool is for resident guests or by bookings only
- Function and Restaurant Guests are not permitted to bring own catering and beverages without management approval. Corkage and surcharges will be raised if approval has been given.
- 50% Deposit is required within 24 hours of making a booking. Your reservation will not be confirmed until this deposit is received. Once received the reservation will be changed from provisional to confirmed. Balance of payment is due at least 7 days prior to arrival.
- Transfer of booking dates is subject to availability and all other conditions applicable to cancellations and deposits.
- The accommodation offered is not self-catering.
- Rates are subject to change without prior notice
